We have found in your web your document and followed the istruction to obtain a mixed Robot partially running on the Server and a program on the Client side. Using a Citrix Desktop and a PEGA Studio we have been able to easily develop the Robot itself.īasically the automation needs two input string parameters used throgh the automation and require an output parameter to describe the result. The Robot must be run in parallel on many clients that have credentials allowed to log in the Citrix environment. We need to develop a robot running a customer CRM in the Citrix server.
